Avijit Banerjee, Contemporary management of the deep carious lesion:
In his thought-provoking presentation, the internationally regarded expert in Cariology & Operative Dentistry will outline the modern management concepts for treating the deep carious lesion in an adult. Prof Banerjee, from King’s College London, UK, will define MI Dentistry and will provide the scientific and clinical evidence of selective carious tissue removal to preserve tooth structure and pulp sensibility. He will describe / illustrate the use of some of the clinical operative techniques and bio-interactive materials available to restore teeth with appropriate clinical tips.

Tara Renton, Management and Diagnosis of Chronic Orofacial pain and case examples:
To provide a review of our understanding of trigeminal pain and highlight pragmatic classification. To provide a structure for differential diagnosis of trigeminal pain and up to date diagnostic criteria.

The Caldwell Memorial Lecture:
The event will close with a panel debate and presentation from Ewan Carmichael, Sami Stagnell and Laura Milby on Leadership with the opportunity for audience participation in the following discussion.
